如果要吃到便宜又好的原生態水果, 新加坡人可以北上通過海峽，到達對岸JB(see map)。
1新加坡元等於2.6馬幣，可以買到很多水果。 Fruits are cheap and good in Malaysia.
下圖有Durian, Mangosteen(榴槤和山竹, 熱帶果王和果后), 還有像Rambutan(紅毛丹)的Pulasan, 像Jackfruit(波羅蜜)的Tarap(Sabah fruit), 都很好吃。

如果要吃到便宜又美味的海鮮, 非去馬來西亞不可。JB西邊海岸有比較新和著名的Danga Bay(金海灣)。
Most tourists come here to eat sea food.
JB東邊海岸有比較舊的Stulang Laut. Turn right after custom and follow the seashore until you see a sign 公主灣(Tanjung Puteri, first picture below). Inside the duty-free zone, there is a Mcdonald's only selling ice cream. 麥當勞只賣冰淇淋，因為馬來人不吃豬肉，印度人不吃牛肉。
It was even cheaper to buy something and eat in our apartment. 每天清晨，沿岸都有一群人聚集。原來顧客們在海番經營的魚檔挑選著活海鮮(sold by Iban people - Sea Dayak, 請看Stulang Laut漁村)。 Recently, I heard it has a new owner for the duty-free zone (far-end in 1st pictures above and below). They may put a casino here so the gambling money will not flow to Singapore.
People can drive over Second Link to shop at premium outlets. Around this area, they are building many houses to attract buyers from Singapore. This is part of Iskandar Malaysia project(see map). JB之於新加坡, 將被發展為如深圳之於香港的經濟特區。
Just recently, they built a KFC at Stulang Laut seashore(1st picture below). It makes sense 因為馬來人不吃豬肉，印度人不吃牛肉。 因為蘇丹王族原是來自新加坡和祖墓還在那裡, a Singapore developer and royal family will develop a housing complex with a 75-storey twin tower(2nd & 3rd pictures). You can see Singapore at the far-end of the pictures. 投資好時機!
